Hats and Snapbacks.

Hi all!

As usual, I am starting with an apology and a not so valid excuse- I have had work. But everyone has, so I apologise. Thank you to all the people who have kept on viewing though- the pageview count has not been dramatically affected and I still feel that urge to continue. I won't give up yet.

So as winter is coming, all my posts have been about winter related items: fur, boots etc. And now to continue with the term: Hats.

First of all: snapbacks. On guys- maybe. On girls- no. Of course there are some excusable events, for example the typical "I was in Miami Bitch" snapback, and I am not saying this with a grudge against snapbacks themselves but usually you look really, really shit in them. I remember the first time I tried on a snapback (I wasn't planning on buying it) and I looked like Mario- literally. Having brown hair didn't make that any better. On the other hand guys can look good in them.. for example, Justin Bieber, who the majority of you will hate, but in that respect I have to step out of my mainstream positioning and confess that I am a true Belieber at heart.

However, other hats with less-in-your-face colouring and a flattering shape can look amazing. Some can't pull of hats and you all know who you are. I think each hat is accustomed to a different person. For example, when I was younger I wore a beret, and now I look back on those pictures and whack myself because they concept of me wearing a beret is just too humiliating. For hats- I strongly recommend Liberty in London- so beautiful.

Just look around, I think it is a concept of trying things on.  But most importantly, only wear one if you feel confident in it. If you wear anything and feel really self conscious you look awful- thats why celebrities look so damn good the whole time.

Lots of love,
Izzie
